Guests are required to purchase the Horizon South Resort required wristbands and parking pass. This requirement applies to all Horizon South rental listings across the resort. All guests 6 years or older are required to wear a wristband. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror. Wristband prices: $20.00 per wristband for 10 days or less. $40 per wristband for 10 days or more. Vehicle Parking Pass prices: $25.00 each for 10 days or less or $50 each for 10 days or more Trailer Parking Pass prices: $40.00 and is good for only 10 days. Gym access: Guests need to go to the main office (same location where you will pick up your required Horizon South wrist bands and parking pass). Guests will be given a code for gym access. Minimum Age to Rent our unit is 25. Golf Carts: Horizon South Resort will not allow rental guests to bring personal golf carts onto the property. Horizon South will not allow rental guests to rent local golf carts and bring them onto the property. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in. 😊
