Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. Parking is first come first serve. We do not have assigned parking however there is parking available right in front of our unit which you normally can find a spot there! **GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. **NO SMOKING ALLOWED. **NO PETS **NO GOLF CARTS OR GOLF CART RENTALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES FOR GUESTS We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in 😊 Not handicapped accessible
